Lindstrom & Company's fee development program is for clients who wish to own their own real estate. Lindstrom & Company will manage and oversee the development process from site selection through store opening, allowing the client to focus on focus on its’ expansion plan & core business operations.
Lindstrom & Company's ground lease option allows the client to select a well-desired property location without having to fund the purchase of the land themselves. Lindstrom & Company would enter into a lease agreement with the client whereby the client is responsible for all the expenses and costs associated with constructing and maintaining the business location on the leased property.
Lindstrom & Company offers a partner that can be your source of capital for your development expansion plans. The reverse BTS model allows for the client and Lindstrom & Company to agree on a development budget, rent, and lease structure with our funding. This is a great model for clients who want to manage the entire development and construction processes in-house and minimize overhead fees.

The team then ushers the construction documents through the various agencies and municipalities to obtain permits for construction of the project in a timely manner.
Lindstrom & Company works to create a seamless process to closing on the land. The final budget is prepared along with the lease agreement and project funding is procured through our team of lenders and equity partners to close the contract on time.
Lindstrom & Company has strong relationships with our stable of general contractors that have proven to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget. We work with our construction partners to create full transparency through good communication with the client and with regularly scheduled meetings throughout the construction process.
