Founder Scott Lindstrom draws from his diverse experience working with some of the nation’s top retail, restaurant, and hospitality brands to provide expert guidance and workable solutions for clients looking to strategically grow their regional or national footprint.
As a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Scott is exceptionally able to overcome the unique challenges that come along with commercial real estate development. Well respected in the industry, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Scott graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Development and a minor in Construction Management. On the rare occasion that he is not chasing dirt and tying up sites for clients, Scott enjoys chasing turkeys and tying flies on the river.
Development Project Manager
Grace is a driven professional with a passion for real estate development. She earned her degree in Business Analytics with a concentration in Information Management, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Grace's journey into the world of real estate development began with a transformative internship with Lindstrom & Company, where she gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the field. Having grown into her role as a Development Project Manager, she is a vital force in overseeing projects from the initial due diligence phase through to construction completion.
Outside of the office, you can find Grace spending quality time with her family, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through working out, and cheering on the Vols during football season.
